We were approached by the managing agents for New Crescent with a view to provide upgraded security to the site without drastically changing the appearance of the property. This property in particular was a new build that was located within a very busy part of London with a high crime rate. The managing agent inherited an electric gate installation which unfortunately had been malfunctioning from the start. It was explained that we could offer the same design as the previous gate so there would be no impact on appearance but we would need to strip back the installation and start again.
The plan was put forward and our proposal was welcomed and accepted. We installed a new set of automatic swing gates, all new local cable runs including all groundwork and connections, 30 metres of matching wall top railing to protect from the neighbouring property, 1x gsm entry phone system, 1x new pedestrian access gate including electric lock and all associated works, connection and commission. This project was carried out within a 7 day period at a cost of around 17k.
